activate your seasonnal pass

This season, all season pass holders (unlimited, family, evening) must come to the customer service to activate their electronic access card. We strongly suggest that you do this activation before the start of the season to avoid any waiting.

• Bring with you your access card (if you already have it) as well as a proof of purchase for the 24.25 season subscription.
• If it is not already done, we will take a photo of you to associate it with your client file.
• We will check the informations in your customer file to ensure it accuracy. Have the information in hand!

Here is the informations we will need to activate your acces card:

• For unlimited, family or evening subscription holders: an identity document (driver license, health insurance card, passport).
• For family subscription holders: proof of residence (driver license, invoice). For under 18 yrs old (bulletin, school transport registration, hospital card, mail).

Make sure you have everything on hand when you visit Le Relais, to facilitate the process of activating your access card.

From October 19, customer service will be open 7 days a week from 9 am to 4 pm.
