The reference date for our age categories is October 1st. To determine which age group your child belongs to, assess your child’s age on October 1, 2024.
No, that is not necessary. You can take the photo with your cell phone or computer camera and upload it to your customer file. The photo must be passport-style, showing the face from the shoulders up.
A compliant photo is:
- Recent in color – even if you’ve been a member for 20 years.
- Close-up, front view, from the shoulders.
- Centered on your face, with your (beautiful) eyes clearly visible.
- Uniform, clear with light-colored background.
- Unique – only one person in the photo. Without your pet, unfortunately, he can’t accompany you on the slopes.
You can also drop by the Customer Service counter to have your photo taken when you activate your access card.
A COVID credit was available in your customer file for the 20-21 season if you had an evening or full-time season pass. You could apply it to your online purchases. This credit was prorated for the remainder of the season (which began on November 24 and was expected to end mid-April; the evening season was expected to end on March 22) and calculated according to the date you purchased your season pass. This credit does not apply to subsequent seasons.
