Le Relais has two slopes to learn on.
The Zone Apprenti SkiSnow is located on the La Débutante trail (#1C), on the east side of our mountain. A magic carpet is in operation from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM every day to take you to the top of the slope. A Learning Zone has been set up to facilitate your learning. Access is free of charge.
La Pente-École (#4) faces the main chalet. To access this slope you must have boots and skis or a snowboard. Access to this slope costs $12 for the day.
Yes, it is possible to accompany them. Our learning slopes are perfect for first-time skiers/snowboards.
Please note the following:
The slope 1C, Zone Apprenti, is accessible to all, and equipment is not required to access the slope. Parents can accompany their children even if they don’t have their own skiing/snowboarding equipment. Access is free of charge.
Equipment is required in slope 4, the Pente-École: boots and skis or snowboard for all! Tickets are on sale for $12.
We have three snow parks of different sizes.
Le Parc des Papoutes: located in slope 15b, Le Hameau, this park is ideal for beginners and those wishing to develop their skills on adapted small-sized learning modules safely.
Parc de la 8: Located in slope 8a, Docteur-Pouliot, this safe snow park offers a variety of original “rail” and “box” modules in small, medium and large sizes for effective, progressive development.
District 5: Located in slope 5, Conrad-Delisle, this park offers small and medium modules in a safe environment, as well as intermediate jumps.

Our parks are constantly evolving to create new experiences for all levels. At the beginning of the season, the parks change rapidly as the slopes open and as the snow is made. We sometimes have to close a park to add modules and jumps.
In early November, we set up our 41 snow cannons strategically on the mountain, but we have to wait for ideal temperatures before making snow. To produce beautiful flakes and quality snow, the temperature must not be over -5 degrees Celsius. That’s why we sometimes see snow falling from the sky, but the canons are not in operation. It is not cold enough to produce quality snow.
The mountain is open to hikers in summer and fall. Access is restricted during the snow season and prohibited once the season has begun.
For safety reasons, snow scooters are not allowed on the slopes at Le Relais.
Snowblades are allowed on our slopes, but only those with ski bindings (automatic release).
